CTS Turbo is proud to announce our High Flow Turbo Inlet. We were the first manufacturer to offer these; and now they are made from cast aluminum!
This part is compatible with any MQB vehicle, regardless of engine displacement or factory turbocharger size. It is compatible with any intake system, be it factory stock or aftermarket.
Simple installation takes 10 minutes and can be done using basic hand tools.
Don’t let your free-flowing intake taper into a small restrictive factory inlet. Upgrade to CTS Turbo High Flow Turbo Inlet and make sure you get the most airflow to your turbo!

Super easy install other than the PCV breather hose but that’s not CTS’s fault. They could clarify that the hose might really really be on there instead of “pull carefully but firmly.” I had to twist, pry, wiggle, and yell at mine.
Only real product complaint I have is the inside finish was rougher than I expected. I took some 80 grit to it until I was happy. Beautiful machining, would buy again.

The good – nice match for the CTS turbo and cold air intake. Seems the turbo spools just a tad quicker. Installation was straightforward with no issues removing the breather hose from the stock pipe (maybe engine being warm helped at the expense of few burns to my hand).
The bad – can’t think of any especially for the price with free shipping to boot!
The ugly – stock T30 torx screw does NOT match the thread pitch inside the CTS inlet pipe. Be careful and don’t try to ‘make it work’ by forcing the screw in. I ended up buying stainless steel machined bolt (same length) with 4mm hex head (less than $2) for the proper mount.
Overall I’m pleased with product and experience from CTS.

Easy install. Not much to it, should take 30 mins if you have the know how. Not much more to add. It’s a bigger passage compared to stock, throttle response feels slightly more responsive. Don’t buy this if you’re looking for turbo noises. There are plenty of useless mods out there to improve turbo noise if that’s all you care about.
