Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”. The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing. Its originally for the 1.4 but it fits in my 2022 vw jetta with the 1.5TSI, sounds amazing!

It fit the 1.5 Jetta 2023. Only thing is, do not buy this unless you are able to cut the pipe somehow. The downpipe fits perfectly like a glove. But the long straight pipe doesn’t fit exactly. So I had to cut mine. But it all worked out after that!

Came in the mail and was eager to get it on. Installation was easy once old downpipe was out. Has a deeper tone. Catless does smell however it’s not too bad. Would highly recommend especially since it’s not overly loud

Easy instillation and correct fitment. I have the stock res and muffler deleted, with the catless DP connecting to the stock 2 1/4 inch exhaust for the tail pipe. Volume has more than exceeded my expectations, with some slight pops as well. I’m still running a stock ECU map but the DP hasn’t even thrown me a CEL code. All smiles when I’m behind the wheel of my Jetta now. More than fair price, and I received my package only 3 days after ordering it. If you’re looking to go stage 2 or just get more sound out of the car, this DP will leave you very satisfied!
