- 5% fee applies to all cancelled orders. This fee is charged by the payment processing company, not CTS Turbo.
- You do not require an account to cancel your order.
- Cancellation request completion is not guaranteed.
- Do not open multiple cancellation tickets as this will delay the cancellation process.
