All CTS Turbo products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective the customer will receive, at the discretion of CTS Turbo, free repair or replacement. Warranty on other manufacturers will be processed under their terms.

Description

CTS Turbo has done it once again, we made the perfect cast stainless steel downpipes with high-flow cats for the C7 4.0T platform.

The CTS Turbo Cast Catted downpipe set for 4.0T Audi C7 (S6/S7/RS7) is a bolt on solution for increased performance. Our downpipe set eliminates the OEM cross over and includes the necessary harness extensions for the O2 sensors.

CAD engineered cast stainless steel collector provides unrestricted flow and 3″ piping runs all the way back to the exhaust connection.

  • Cast stainless steel collectors
  • Heat shielding to keep the temperatures down
  • 3″ Stainless pipes with sleeve clamps for easy install and maximum exhaust flow
  • Taper to OE fitment for direct fitment to factory or aftermarket catback systems
  • TIG welded
  • High Flow 200 cell metallic catalytic converters to reduce exhaust flow restriction
  • Includes O2 Sensor Harness extensions
  • Includes installation hardware (downpipe gaskets not included)

We recommend purchasing new OEM gaskets for headache-free installation (part number 4G0253115D, 2 required)

Stage 2 software tuning is required to remove the CEL, check with your software tuner.

    Have had these downpipes installed for ~3 weeks at the time of posting and am super pleased with the results. The quality of the parts, in general, are fantastic, including the welds and materials used. The sound of the car (paired with APR catback exhaust) sounds amazing and there is a noticeable difference in the responsiveness of the turbos as you floor it. Overall, a great upgrade from stock and well worth the price, too.
