CTS Turbo is proud to announce our new air intake system for the BMW X1/X2 xDrive 28i B38/B48 models.
The OEM air box works in conjunction with our heatshield for seamless fitment and performance. Our 5″ high-flow cone air filter with 3″ inlet will maximize airflow for better throttle response and power. You will notice a great improvement in bottom-end torque and mid-range power. Gains of 9-15hp can be seen and further gains with Stage 1 or Stage 2 tuning. We slotted the heat shield to provide some nice turbo sounds to be enjoyed in Sport mode for maximum effect.

Awesome intake super easy install sounds awesome, wish it came with the intake tube though as CTS doesn’t have one however if one comes available I would definitely purchase it. I can only find one on ECS tuning but being based in the USA it is extremely expensive due to exchange and shipping costs. Anyways always reccomend CTS turbo. I used CTS for my 15 Audi a3 too, Intake with tube and intake elbow and tmd from CTS stage 1+ unitronics and DV spacer with custom built exhaust everything was high quality as well that car was kick ass but sadly had an accident and no longer have the Audi or the upgrades I bought for it, but nonetheless everything for my X1 is still top notch just wish there was more aftermarket support for it like the Audi had. Hard to find upgrades for the 2020 bmw x1 X28i without having to pay in USD and shipping across the border.
