Warranty

• Warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
• 1 year manufacturer defect warranty on CTS products only (excl. turbochargers).
• 6 months manufacturer defect warranty on CTS brand turbochargers.
• Warranty does not cover abuse, physical damage, incorrect installation or misuse of parts. Factors outside of a defective part are not covered by warranty.
• No warranty on ANY electrical or fueling components.
• Return shipment must be paid by the sender.
• Warranty covers repair or replacement of the failed parts only (at CTS Turbo’s discretion). Warranty does not provide refunds or credits.
• Do not open multiple warranty tickets as this will delay the warranty process.
• CTS Turbo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By submitting this warranty form, you agree to all terms and conditions.
